No. Recording, editing and stitching all happen in your browser, on your own device, and your footage stays there — we have no copy to hand over, lose, or train on. Only the text you explicitly hand to the assistant — a brief, an outline, a pasted script — reaches our servers.
We tell you plainly at the moment it happens, and offer the upgrade then rather than nagging you beforehand. Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked: recording, editing, stitching and downloading keep working exactly as before, and every video you've already made is untouched. The allowance refills at the start of the next calendar month.
Yes, any time, from the billing portal linked in your Stripe receipt — no email to write, no retention call. You keep Pro to the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to Free. Since your videos live in your browser, there is nothing to lose access to.
No. The Free plan needs an email and a password, nothing else. You can record, edit and download a finished video without ever seeing a payment form.
