Founder Studio (the "Service") is a browser-based AI teleprompter, recorder, and video editor at teleprompter.strategic-innovations.ai. You use it to write and time scripts, record video, and edit and stitch takes — primarily in your own browser.
You need an email and password to use the studio. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to sign up.
Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, generate unlawful or harmful content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, or abuse the AI features (including circumventing usage limits). We may suspend accounts that do.
You own your recordings, scripts, and edits. Your video and edited scenes are stored in your browser on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. Script text you ask the AI to draft, reference material you submit for extraction, and URLs you ask the live "Jamie" copilot to capture are sent to our edge for processing so the feature can work. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you submit.
AI-generated scripts, cards, and arrangements are drafts to help you — not professional, legal, or financial advice, and not guaranteed to be accurate. Review everything before you rely on or publish it.
The core record/edit/stitch tools are free. Optional Founder Studio Pro ($19/month) raises daily AI-assist and live-capture limits. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and you can cancel anytime — cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period. Contact us for billing issues.
We aim for high availability but provide the Service "as is" and "as available," without warranties. We may change, limit, or discontinue features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (Account → Delete account), which erases your account record and sessions from our database. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
